The speaker manager will attend to AV requirements, registration details and any other additional needs that your speakers may have. We will ensure all the information they require on site will be available to them upon arrival.

We can oversee the exhibitor sales process and give the utmost customer service to your exhibitors. We will build an online exhibitor registration system with a live floorplan. We will work with the exhibition company regarding the set-up requirements and pack-in and pack-down timings. 

We ensure exhibitors are briefed on all requirements and supply them with a detailed Exhibitor Manual with key deadlines to guarantee a smooth exhibitor experience. Many of our longstanding conferences see year on year growth in this area which we pride ourselves on.
